How water can change your mood.

We are living in times of fear, confusion and chaos.  People are tired and stressed and we are bombarded with negative images from the media of wars, poverty, suffering and injustice along with disease statistics and casualties.

When we seek a way out of this we are taking charge of our own destiny, we are re-programming ourselves.

In his book Hexagonal Water by MJ Pangman, water is discussed as being:

‘the most programmable substance on the planet. This is because water has the unique ability, referred to as water’s “memory”, to retain the energetic signature of whatever is placed in it.  Water even appears to have the unique ability to store and transfer this information within the human body.”

Dr Masuro Emoto provides more insight;

“In Japan, it is said that the words of the soul reside in a spirit called kotodama or the spirit of words, and the act of speaking words has the power to change the world…

Words are an expression of the soul.  And the condition of our soul is very likely to have an enormous impact on the water that composes as much as 70 percent of our body, and this impact will in no small way affect our bodies.”

So we can see that by simply reprogramming the water that we drink into positive messages.  We can start to make a difference; to ourselves and the world around us.

Dr Masuro Emoto suggests prayer and he has in fact changed the crystalline structure in polluted lakes through prayer, to something beautiful.

Prayer is free, and love and gratitude, one the greatest prayers that be.

As much as blessing our water each and every time we refill our water jug is something that I wholeheartedly support.  The practical side of me would suggest a simple solution. We can restructure our tap water and reprogramme it with a vibrant ‘alive’ message a wholehearted positivity, by running it through a vortex energiser and or storing it in a Water Egg.  These work in the same way as the flowforms by John Wilkes, cascades of water that enhance the space that we live in.

Other things that we can do to change the quality of the water within us is to start doing those simple things that bring us happiness and tranquillity, like learning to play an instrument.
